Rupert’s Story – Our Why

When we brought Rupert home, we didn’t just get a dog, we found healing.
 
Our family had been through a lot. After losing both my parents in a short space of time, life became heavy and incredibly difficult. Grief has a way of isolating you, of pulling you into a dark place where even the things you love feel distant.
 
Rupert changed that for us…. for me. He brought light into our lives when we needed it most. He gave us a reason to step outside, to laugh, to bond, and to rebuild ourselves together. Already, he’s taught us so much about resilience, joy, and family.
 
It’s because of Rupert that we started Rupert’s Mates. This isn’t just a business, it’s a journey. We know how much pets mean to families because Rupert has reminded us exactly what family means.

We have successfully served a diverse range of clients, from busy professionals to families, in the communities of Bury, Whitefield, and beyond. Our commitment to exceptional service has fostered lasting relationships with both pets and their owners.
